I enjoy fishing and spending time on our beautiful beaches. My first career was in Nursing. I was a critical care trauma nurse for our local trauma hospital. I cared for patients after major accidents in extreme critical condition. Juggling from keeping their blood pressure up, to restarting their hearts. I have been a local to the Panama City and surrounding areas since 1993. My family moved to Tyndall AFB where I grew up and met my high school sweetheart in 9th grade. We have since married and have an awe-inspiring 5-year-old son with another on the way. I enjoy spending time with my family going fishing with my son, boating to shell island, traveling through the intercostal waters and car enthusiast. I love all kind of cars from classic hotrods to supercars. My first career was becoming a United States Marine where I excelled amongst my peers. Freddie Kincaid Jr. is a dedicated 30-year-old realtor and active-duty Air Force member currently stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Freddie has successfully balanced his military service with his career in real estate. In addition to his professional pursuits, Freddie is a devoted family man. He has been happily married for twelve years and is the proud father of two children. Their family is completed by their often-sleepy dog named Winnie, who brings joy, excitement and companionship to their lives.

You know, life's journey has a way of shaping us, and mine has been nothing short of diverse and exciting. From my beginnings in Panama City to my current role as a New Real Estate Agent with Team Dien and Andrew at Think Real Estate. The journey and experiences I've had along the way have shaped my approach to both work and life.

My roots in Panama City run deep, having moved here with my family in 1986. I spent my childhood at many of the historic landmarks only the locals remember and watched as Bay County continued to grow. After graduating from Bay High School in 1998, I realized my passion for law enforcement. I earned my law enforcement certification at Gulf Coast State College in 2003 and spent the next decade of my life as a dedicated police officer, primarily with the Panama City Police Department. My time there offered a rich array of roles, including assignments in Patrol, the Criminal Investigations Division, and Community Policing. My dedication was recognized with honors such as the Medal of Distinction and a Life Saving Award.

In 2013, I embarked on a new chapter, shifting my focus to education. I began as the Campus Safety Director at Gulf Coast State College, gradually ascending the ranks to my current position as the Executive Director of Operations, overseeing a diverse spectrum of departments. Throughout this journey, I continued my education, earning both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University. The pinnacle of my academic pursuit arrived in 2022 with the completion of my Doctorate in Education from Florida State University.

While my professional endeavors are significant, my heart lies with my family. Emily, my wife and partner in life, is a licensed architect and project manager. Our partnership began in 2005 and grew into a wonderful marriage in 2010. Together, we are proud parents to Xander, a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida, and Delaney, a fiery little red head who has just begun the 3rd grade and a third season of competition cheerleading.

During moments away from work, you'll often find me immersed in woodworking projects, tending to home renovations, or casting a line while fishing. The tranquil allure of the water has a way of grounding me. Additionally, I'm known among friends for my knack for discovering hidden gems within our community – whether it's a quaint eatery, an eclectic store, or a unique local experience.

Scott has called Bay County home since 2003. He is a graduate of University of Florida and later earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant degree at South University in Tampa. Scott has been married to his amazing wife, Amy, since 2017 and just welcomed their first baby, Jackson, in February 2023.

Scott’s passion has always been helping people. After completing several personal real estate transactions, he developed a love for all aspects of real estate. Scott wants to translate his passion of helping people into real estate by assisting others in finding their first home, dream home, or even investment properties.
